Metta とはPali語で「慈悲の心」を意味します。
メッタの波動をすべての生命体に伝えて共鳴させます。
生きとし生きるもすべてが喜びと安らかでありますように。
この頌歌は言葉によって、幸福と治癒をもたらします。
慈しみとは他者のことを自分のこととして感じることです。
この宇宙にあるすべてのモノが本当に安らかに共鳴し合うように。
