How to change the future by overwriting past

 

 

It is possible to rewrite the past without using a time- machine.

It is a way to add only a new interpretation of the past, while keeping the facts of the past as they are.

 

This is the transformation of a past single fact (singular) into a multi-layered fact (plural).

For example, a story with only one ending becomes a multi-ending one that corresponds to the situation.

 

Then, the absolute "rule" that has been learned turns into a probabilistic "condition" that change depending on the situation as other interpretations are added.

 

Why the current situation and the future change just by having multiple interpretations?

This is because our perceptions, judgments, and behaviors are manipulated not only by our surface conscious intentions, but also by learned patterns that we are not aware of.

 

The function of these learned patterns is gautomatic reaction circuitsh like an application.

So understanding this mechanism also makes it possible to undermine negative experiences such as trauma.

In other words, it will change not only the past, but also the future.

 

 

Now, let's take a quick look at the recognition mechanism of animals before looking at what to do specifically.

 

There are five steps in animal recognition.

1. Signals from sensory organs become the image.

For example, it is possible to reproduce the image of the aroma of ramen soup in your imagination.

 

2. Three types of tags are attached to this image.

Tags of either closer, further away, or neither.    Signals of likes/dislikes, comfort/discomfort.

For example, if you have an image of a certain scent, the image may be added the signal of pleasure without you noticing it.

 

3. Next, the image is put into a gbasketh called a concept, which is a collection of similar things.

For example, the concept of "Tokyo ramen" has different meanings and content for each person.

 

4. An automatic reaction circuit is created by using the above parts.

An application outputs a fixed response according to a certain input signal.

For example, the smell of pork bone soup makes you salivate without realizing it.

 

5. And in order to recognize things, there are cases that go through this circuit.

It is the judgment of reflexes, sensations, feelings and thoughts.

For example, what should we order? And so, various fantasies, judgments and actions begin.

 

 

There are conditions to create this "recognition automatic reaction circuit".

When the mind and body are tense, a strong circuit is created,

The circuit is weakened when the mind and body are relaxed.

 

Circuits are automatically created when heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, impatience, fear, anger, and need increase.

For example, trauma is a past experience, but it has a strong impact on the present and the future because it is a circuit created when the mind and body are under extreme tension.

Once a circuit is created, it has a definite output when the input signal associated with the past experience.

 

This automatic reaction circuit (application) is an efficient quick response tool that has been developed for survival not only by humans but also by fish and insects.

Apps are a useful mechanism for survival, but they also have their problems.

Even though the automatic reaction circuit is necessary only in a certain special time, space, and occation, it is activated even when it is not necessary.

This is a case in which even though we are unaware of it, it is a circuit that we have created yourself, but on the contrary, we are dominated by it, and we cannot control this automatic reaction with our own will of the surface consciousness.

 

This is a mechanism called conditioned reflexes, emotions, and overgeneralizations.

The only way to avoid being dominated by these overgeneralizing circuits is to weaken them or remove them if they are not necessary.

 

 

It's easy to weaken.

Circuits use the mechanism that they are created when the mind and body are tense and are weakened by the mind and body being relaxed.

Therefore, as long as you can maintain a relaxed state of mind and body, even if the signal is input to the circuit made in the past, it is programmed to reduce excessive output.

By repeating the same input signal in this relaxed state of mind and body, the automatic response circuit itself is weakened, and eventually the circuit disappears.

 

Specifically, giving yourself more opportunities to be soft, gentle, warm, light, fluid, joyful, easy-going, and at peace weaken the auto reaction circuits you have built in the past.

Some thoughts that arise at such times are targets of weaken circuit with the relaxed mind and body.

 

Also, since the state of the mind affects the body, and the state of the body affects the mind, softening the body as well as the mind is effective in weakening the automatic reaction circuit.

For example, stretching in a calm state, taking a walk in a quiet place, and taking a relaxing bath.

 

 

Care must be taken when there is an obsessive judgment or intense trauma.

The tense of the mind strengthens the circuitry, so at such times you temporarily step away from the attention to the automatic response circuitry in your mind, as you are not yet ready.

 

In such a case, it is necessary to calmly analyze the situation when a strong circuit such as trauma is created.

The TPO where the circuit is made is very rare, and if you can realize that it is unlikely that it will be repeated in everyday life again, your fear and tense may decrease.

If there is a strong reaction, take a long time so that the mind and body do not become tense.

If the trauma is severe enough to make you physically and mentally tense, it's a good idea to consult a professional.

 

 

To change the status quo,

The point is to shift the spotlight of interest from the outer world to the inner world which is our own mind.

 

Instead of changing the problems in this outsideworld, it is best to start by changing the circuits of our own mind.

It is a specific and reliable method.

 

This is a method that is valid from the past to the future of all consciousness beings.

By expanding the interpretation of what happened in the past into multiple layers, the automatic reaction circuit changes.

Since the criteria for thinking will change accordingly, the present and future actions will also change.
